Play Alumni Football For Fee. Most players are happy to pay for the chance to take a crack at someone one more time.  However, we like to reward good behavior.  We have 3 incentive programs where players can play for free.

1) JOIN OUR CIRCLES ON GOOGLE+. FOR EVERY 100 FOLLOWERS ON GOOGLE, WE WILL REWARD ONE FREE PLAYER FEE RANDOMLY. 

2) EACH GAME, WE HAVE SEVERAL SPONSORS. IF YOU REFER A LOCAL BUSINESS AND THEY BECOME A SPONSOR, YOU PLAY FOR FREE. CONTACT US FOR MORE DETAILS. 

3) REFER 5 PLAYERS TO PLAY IN THE GAME! THEY MUST PUT YOUR NAME IN THE “WHO REFERRED YOU?” FIELD ON THE REGISTRATION PAGE AND THEY MUST BE A PAID PLAYER. SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS! (IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID YOUR FEE, YOU WILL BE REFUNDED EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE $39.95 TO HELP COVER THE COSTS OF THE MVP PACKAGE).

By REGISTERING to play alumni football, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Terms and conditions are liable to change periodically without notification.

MEDIA RELEASE

I agree to release my image and likeness to Gridiron Alumni for any marketing purposes they deem necessary (ie. Website, brochures, YouTube videos, commercials, etc.).

PRIVACY RELEASE

I hereby agree to release my personal information to Gridiron Alumni and anybody else they deem. While Gridiron Alumni respects your privacy, we often need to share your name, email, and phone number with other players in order to help organize practices and games. We will never sell your information to anybody for any reason. We hate SPAM and we know you do too.

NEWSLETTER PERMISSION

You agree to join our company newsletter.  We send important information through email, so we need to reach you.  All emails sent to you are solicited by the player and you may opt-out at any time by simply clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE button.  Again, we promise never to SPAM you.  Emails are usually about game procedures, practices, specials, or other game-related information.  Periodically, we do have good deals on sporting goods that we share with you, but no more than once per month.

SMS “TEXT MESSAGING” PERMISSION

You agree to join our company text messaging service.  We send important information through text, so we need to reach you.  All texts sent to you are solicited by the player and you may opt-out at any time by simply replying STOP.  Again, we promise never to SPAM you.  Texts are usually about game procedures, practices, specials, or other game-related information.  Periodically, we do have good deals on sporting goods that we share with you, but no more than once per month.

AGREE TO INDEMNIFY

Football is a dangerous sport and you agree to hold Gridiron Alumni, Inc., it’s employees, and vendors harmless from any liability. You will be asked to sign a PLAYER RELEASE on the day of the game. If you do not sign the release, you will not be able to play.

AGREE TO NON-COMPETE

Gridiron Alumni brings the alumni football concept to areas.  Gridiron Alumni spends extensive time and resources to organize teams using proprietary software, advertising, email, text, and social media. Because of this, you agree to not play or conspire to play for any other organization, team, school, or other entity in an alumni football game.  You also agree to lose your player fee should you compete in an alumni football game or conspire to compete in an alumni game not sponsored by Gridiron Alumni. You further agree to be responsible and pay for any damages occurred through the loss of such a game.

PLAYER REFUNDS
PLAYER FEES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER PLAYER.

IF FOR SOME REASON GRIDIRON ALUMNI CANCELS A GAME, WE WILL NOTIFY PLAYERS OF THE CANCELLATION AND THE PLAYER HAS THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A REFUND. IF THE PLAYER DOES NOT REQUEST A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. NO EXCEPTIONS, SO PLEASE DON’T ASK!

Due to the overwhelming amount of false registrations, all players must now pay at least a small deposit upon registration. Players can choose from a $49.95 DEPOSIT or the full $100 PLAYER FEE will receive about $50 worth of FREE GOODS.  Therefore, anybody who receives these FREE GOODS will have $49.95 from any refund request. In the case of those who pay just the $49.95 DEPOSIT, there will be no refund. For those who pay $100, the refund will be 50.05.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR ALL players who pay after the Early Registration deadline. All other TERMS apply. 

MERCHANDISE

ALL MERCHANDISE (OTHER THAN THE MVP PACKAGE GIVEN OUT FOR FREE DURING REGISTRATION) IS AVAILABLE FOR REPLACEMENT IF RETURNED WITHIN 14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIPT. YOU MUST CONTACT US TO OBTAIN A RA #.
