PLAYER REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF MORE THAN 30 DAYS AWAY FROM THE GAME DAY. IF A PLAYER REQUESTS A REFUND MORE THAN 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE, WE WILL REFUND YOUR PAYMENT MINUS 10% FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS AND FEES. IF THE GAME IS LESS THAN 30 DAYS AWAY, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS GIVEN. PLAYER FEES ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE TO ANOTHER PLAYER. IF FOR SOME REASON GRIDIRON ALUMNI CANCELS A GAME, WE WILL NOTIFY PLAYERS OF THE CANCELLATION AND THE PLAYER HAS THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A REFUND. IF THE PLAYER DOES NOT REQUEST A REFUND WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. NO EXCEPTIONS, SO PLEASE DON’T ASK!
